1. You agree to allow us to collect your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
2. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by using the contact us link. Your request must:
   • Include your user name
   • Contain the word DELETE in the subject line
   • Be sent from the e-mail address associated with your account
3. You agree to permit us seven (7) days to action your request for account deletion.
4. You agree to permit us an additional thirty (30) days to ensure all of your account data is removed, such as from server backups.

Certain data may be retained as required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
